Madona, Vidzemes centrā, kopš 1926. gada ir pilsēta. Visi svētku pasākumi ir bez maksas. Programmā iekļauts sporta turnīrs "Madonas Top bumba" un bērnu tautas deju kolektīvu koncerts estrādē. Bibliotēkas ikgadējā aktivitāte ļauj apmeklētājiem iepazīt Madonas bagāto vēsturi.
